After a comprehensive and careful evaluation, KYMCO has decided to discontinue the KYMCO Noodoe Application and all associated cloud services. Effective January 1, 2027, all services, functions, and technical support will be terminated worldwide. This notice provides complete information regarding the phase-out plan and requests all partners to promptly communicate this message to end users.
Key Points of KYMCO Noodoe System Discontinuation
1. Effective Date: January 1, 2027 (global implementation)
2. Scope of impact:
a. The KYMCO Noodoe Application will no longer launch. Regardless of login status, users will be unable to access the App.
b. The KYMCO Noodoe cloud services and servers will be permanently shut down.
c. All functions provided through the KYMCO Application will be fully disabled:
i. Navigation: Navigation pages will not display.
ii. Messages: Message pages will not display.
iii. Weather: Weather data will no longer be displayed (previously calibrated via the KYMCO App).
iv. Gallery: Photos cannot be added or deleted.
v. Clock: Time will be displayed but cannot be adjusted (previously calibrated via the KYMCO App).
vi. Speed Display: This function will continue to operate normally (data comes directly from instrument panel).
Map Policy Data Update
1. On February 27, 2025, KYMCO announced that the validity period of navigation map data would be adjusted from three years to two years, and all users were notified via email
2. Starting January 1, 2027, the KYMCO App will no longer launch, and users will be unable to use navigation functions or update map data.
